Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are printed on demand by our printing partner, Bookvault, and shipped directly to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States): Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after production. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10-21 business days after production. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status through your account on our website.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order is submitted to our printing partner, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your books! Because each book is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Books: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at danny@littleguidinglightbooks.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement.
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out and we will work with our shipping partner to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
